All ingredients are seasonal and farmer’s market sourced, or otherwise organic. I prioritize using only whole food, high quality cooking oils, organic spices, and artisanal crafted dry goods. My kitchen practices are tailored for minimal waste, and environmental impact always in mind. I compost all organic waste from our kitchen, and rigorously sort recyclable items.
*I pledge to never use seed oils, heavily processed ingredients, or refined sugars in any of the meals.

The menus reflect the seasons, but can and will be customized to accommodate your unique needs whether it’s dietary restrictions, health goals, allergies, pre or post natal nutrition, or simply a matter of preference.

Meals are individually packaged for convenience, using compostable containers that can be added to green bins for local pick up, and delivered in fully recyclable grocery bags.

Delivery is currently only within the Marin, Sonoma, San Francisco, and Santa Cruz counties - and can be scheduled for once a week.

The current rates for meal delivery start at $500 and go up depending on the number of people per household and the amount of food and customization needed.
Please note that the prices reflect a meticulous selection of high quality ingredient sourcing, packaging, macro balancing, and menu customization for each unique client.
