Loneliness is now considered a public health crisis. Studies show that chronic loneliness carries the same health risks as smoking 15 cigarettes a day.

We text instead of call. We scroll instead of gather. We watch other people's lives instead of showing up fully to our own. And now, with AI stepping into more and more of our daily interactions, the texture of genuine human connection is becoming something we have to actively seek out and protect.

I don't say this to be alarmist. I say it because I feel it too, and because I believe that one of the most radical, nourishing things we can do right now is simply show up for each other. In person. Around a table. Connected to the Earth. In conversation with the land. & with our hearts a little more open than usual.

This is why I keep hosting these gatherings.

Because something real happens when women come together with intention.
The conversations, the laughter, the connection, the understanding.
No algorithm can replicate it. No virtual event comes close.

So let us be in community...!

“For those of us who struggle to rest, this retreat was a wonderful and supportive guide to resting and nourishing one’s body in the fullest sense. I think it’s speaks volumes that when it was time to leave, no one wanted to go!”

“The retreat was absolutely magical! I felt that every part of me was nourished by the experience; my head and mind were nourished by the beautiful venue, mindful activities, and considered moments in nature; my body was nourished through Taylor’s incredible cooking throughout the day; and my soul was nourished by getting to know some amazing, like-minded women.”

“The sharing of all the thoughtful and magical ingredients in our food, tea and snacks. It created a much needed moment to reflect on all the care and intention put into the gifts we were offered. It invoked feelings of specialness and being cared for. It also created time to be grateful.”

— Rebecca

“I loved being out of the city in an oasis that felt so calm and welcoming. This was such a highlight for me and I’m so grateful we got to explore Jill’s incredible property. I also want to point to Taylor’s incredible cooking. As someone who loves to cook, it felt so wonderful to have nourishing food prepared by someone else. And of course, just being in nature and enjoying everything the surrounds had to offer.”
