Fall Equinox: Day Retreat
Celebrate the turning of the season as we usher in autumn! A full day of herbal medicine making, honoring the harvest, slowing down, and connecting with a community of women.
We'll get our hands into the plants, crafting herbal medicine to take home, and weaving ritual to honor the balance point of light and dark.
Between the making and the magic, there will be time to rest, learn about ways to best support yourself and your family for a healthy winter, and sink into the nourishment of real community. This gathering is a celebration of autumn, of the sacred harvest, and of what it means to come together as women as the wheel of the year turns.

Together, we will:
Create seasonal herbal vinegars and salt scrubs to take home + recipes and techniques to empower to make medicine at home
Learn about the energetics of fall and how to best align with the season ahead with supportive nutritional shifts, herbs, and simple wellness practices
Explore Fall Equinox rituals rooted in pagan witchcraft, animism, and Western herbalism
Enjoy a seasonal harvest Farm-to-Table lunch together, prepared by Chef Taylor
Rest and rejuvenate between magical practices by sauna, swimming, sunbathing, exploring the land or intentionally slowing down
Experience a few fun surprises along the way!

About your host
Taylor is a chef, integrative health coach, fitness & flower fanatic, and herbalist. Through The Golden Yarrow, she weaves together seasonal food, mindful living practices, movement, herbal medicine, and earth rituals to help women come home to themselves and the natural world. Her gatherings are known for their warmth, nourishment, presence, and the particular magic that happens when women slow down together. She draws from years of 1:1 health coaching, Western herbalism, holistic nutrition, Kinesiology, animist traditions, and her deep love of preparing meals with love to create days that feed you on every level.
