Summer Solstice: Day Retreat

Celebrate the height of seasonal energy as we usher in summer! A full day of sun honoring, seasonal wellness, delicous healthy food, and connecting with a community of women.

We'll gather for a morning hike, juicy stretch, seasonal herbal medicine making, a farm to table, lunch, and plenty of down time to rest, sunbathe, and move slow.

Woven throughout the day, will be rituals to honor the sun, summer, creativity, and life force!

Between the communing and the magic, there will be time to swim, eat well, and sink into the nourishment of real community. This is a celebration of summer, of the sacred, and of what it means to come together as women in the fullness of the season.
