Working with Flower Essences: A Beltane Gathering
Flower essences have been used for nearly a century as a remedy for emotional and spiritual wellbeing. In this workshop, you'll get a clear, practical introduction to what they are, how they're made, and how to work with them in everyday life.
We'll cover the basics of how to craft a flower essence, identify which essences may be useful for common emotional patterns - stress, fear, grief, self-doubt - and how to blend and dose them effectively. You'll have time to explore, ask questions, and mix a personal blend to take home.
Together, we'll also make a group essence in ritual, drawing from one of the many flowers blooming on the land. And woven throughout, we'll honor Floralia, the ancient Roman celebration of Flora, goddess of the flower realm + welcoming the magic of Beltane, the height of spring, and the sacred act of blooming.
This gathering is equal parts education and celebration. Come ready to learn, connect, and be in the beauty of the season.
